§ 109590

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

All imitation controlled substances shall be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 11470) of Division 10.
