§ 111640

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

The department shall make investigations or inspections authorized by Article 2 (commencing with Section 110410) of Chapter 2 as it deems necessary to carry out this chapter.
