§ 111929.2

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 576, Sec. 10. (AB 45) Effective October 6, 2021. Conditionally operative as prescribed by Section 111929.4. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 111929.5.

An inhalable product shall not contain any of the following:

(a)Flavorings other than natural terpenes.
(b)Polyethylene glycol (PEG).
(c)Vitamin E acetate.
(d)Medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil).
(e)Squalene or squalane.
(f)Any other substance that the department finds to be a danger to public health.
