§ 115260

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

Notwithstanding Section 115255, authority for on-highway routing and enforcement relating to low-level radioactive waste shall, pursuant to other provisions of law, remain with the Department of the California Highway Patrol for low-level radioactive waste generated from, and shipments into, California.
