§ 121880

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1996.

For the purposes of this chapter, “sentry dog” means a dog trained to work without supervision in a fenced facility and to deter or detain unauthorized persons found within the facility.
