§ 18862.35

“Plan checking agency” means a private entity employing at least one architect or engineer licensed by the state to perform the review of plans and specifications for the construction of special occupancy parks, including buildings and permanently constructed fixtures, utility systems, streets and other regulated facilities, for the purpose of determining compliance with the applicable provisions of this part and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The plan checking agency shall submit to the department a list of all personnel

performing plan checking reviews, including the individual’s name, California architect or engineer license number and expiration date, and a summary of qualifications.
