§ 1857

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 270, Sec. 7. (AB 767) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2031, by its own provisions Note: Repeal affects Chapter 13, commencing with Section 1800.

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2031, and as of that date is repealed.
