§ 1776.4

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 875, Sec. 2.

The department may contract with any entity to provide consultation services. In providing the services, the entity shall conform to the requirements of this chapter and to the rules, regulations, and standards of the department. The department shall reimburse an entity for services performed pursuant to this section.
