Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 18, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2008.
(a)Every community care facility that is licensed or has a special permit for specialized services pursuant to Section 1525 shall provide a copy of the disaster and mass casualty plan required pursuant to Section 80023 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations to any fire department, law enforcement agency, or civil defense or other disaster authority in the area or community in which the facility is located, upon request by the fire department, law enforcement agency, or civil defense or other disaster authority. Section 1540 shall
not apply to this section.
(b)The department is not required to monitor compliance with this section as part of its regulatory monitoring functions.
