§ 25299.5

Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 258, Sec. 76. (AB 2327) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 130 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 258.
(a)This chapter shall be construed to assure consistency with the requirements for state programs implementing the federal act.
(b)This chapter shall not be construed to limit or abridge the powers and duties granted to the department by Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 25100) and Part 2 (commencing with Section 78000) of Division 45 or to the board and each regional board by Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code.
