§ 32205

An election on the formation of a hospital district in and around the City of Dos Palos in the County of Merced, may be combined with an election for the adoption of a special tax pursuant to Article XIII

A of the California Constitution and Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 50075) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 5 of the Government Code, consistent with Article 3.7 (commencing with Section 53720) of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code, and presented to the voters as a single ballot proposition. If both proposals are presented as a single ballot proposition, the proposed hospital district shall not be created, and the special tax shall not take effect, unless the proposition is approved by two-thirds of the voters voting upon the proposition.
