(a)The reuse plan adopted by the authority shall provide for use of the site and allocation of tax revenues to the authority for reuse and development on the site with priority to development of California State University facilities on the site as set forth in Title 7.75 (commencing with Section 67470) of the Government Code. Except as provided in that title and this chapter, the authority shall be exempt from all other
requirements of this part.
(b)The reuse plan shall include an implementation plan adopted and periodically revised pursuant to Section 33490.
(c)The authority shall comply with Article 6 (commencing with Section 33030) of Chapter 1.
