“Indebtedness” also means a loan from the Local Agency Indebtedness Fund pursuant to Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 16496) of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code for the purpose of making payments of principal or interest with respect to indebtedness specified in Section 33801.
