§ 34325

Amended by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1240.

An authority may acquire by eminent domain any real property which it deems necessary for its purposes under this chapter. Real property belonging to the city, the county, the state, or any of its political subdivisions shall not be acquired without its consent.
