The city selection committee for each county shall meet within 90 days after the adoption of the resolution by the board of supervisors to create a regional district. The committee shall thereafter meet on the second Monday in May of each even-numbered year for the purpose of making succeeding appointments to the regional district board pursuant to Section 40322.
