Beginning January 1, 2023, any program funded by the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program that provides grants, loans, vouchers, or other incentives shall comply with the reporting requirements in Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 39680) of Part 2. The state board may include in an existing report its description of how Carl Moyer programs are implementing the labor standards required by Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 39680) of Part 2, as applicable.
