§ 50704.5

Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 641, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2009.

The department shall adopt guidelines for the operation of the program. The guidelines shall not be subject to the requirements of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
