§ 78970

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 257, Sec. 2. (AB 2293) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 4 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 257.
(a)The existence of a community advisory group shall not diminish any other obligation of the department or regional board with respect to public participation requirements specified in Section 78930.
(b)Nothing in this article shall affect the status of any citizen advisory group formed before May 26, 1999, a federal Department of Defense Restoration Advisory Board, or a federal Department of Energy Advisory Board.
