§ 4615

At any meeting after the passage and recording of the resolution establishing the district, the governing body may, by a resolution passed by a vote of two-thirds of all its members, call an election to be held in the district for the purpose of voting on the question of incurring indebtedness for the purpose of making the improvement as finally determined.
