§ 4961

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this chapter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is for any reason held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the chapter, or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed this chapter, and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, be held invalid.
