§ 101110

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.

The board of supervisors in each county may employ one or more public health nurses, each of whom shall be a registered nurse possessing qualifications prescribed by the department on the date of employment.
