§ 104470

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.

The State Department of Education shall make periodic reports to the committee regarding the status and funding of tobacco education programs funded under this article as required by the committee. The reports shall include an overview of program and grant expenditures funded under this article.
