§ 104480

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.

All guidelines, criteria, standards, and requirements specified in this article are exempt from the requirements of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and shall be implemented without being adopted as regulations.
