§ 13140.6

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 133, Sec. 3. (SB 1215) Effective July 15, 2024.

A quorum of the board shall consist of not less than 10 members of the board. Except as provided in Section 13140.5, proxy representation shall not be permitted.
