§ 13140.7

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 142, Sec. 4. (SB 817) Effective January 1, 2022.

The State Fire Marshal shall act as chairperson of the board and provide necessary staff services. A vice chairperson shall be selected by majority vote of the members.
