§ 41500.5

Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 890, Sec. 29. Effective January 1, 2001.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any plan required by this division shall be subject to Article 5.5 (commencing with Section 53098) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
