§ 41503.6

(a)The Legislature finds and declares that the Capital Programs and Climate Financing Authority, working with the south coast district, has established successful programs to assist small businesses in complying with district rules and financing the purchase of pollution control equipment.
(b)The Treasurer and the

Capital Programs and Climate Financing Authority shall work with, and provide all feasible assistance to, districts to increase opportunities for small businesses to comply with the rules and regulations of the district. That assistance may include loans, loan guarantees, and other forms of financial assistance.
