§ 109365

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

It is unlawful for any person, with the intent to defraud, to falsely represent and provide for compensation a device, substance, method or treatment as effective to diagnose, arrest, prevent, or cure cancer. Nothing in this section shall abridge the existent rights of the press.
