§ 109390

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

All hearings authorized by this article and Article 1 (commencing with Section 109250) shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code.
